CASE DIGEST OVERVIEW

Digest of Cases of the Court of Justice of the European Union

The EU Case Digest is an expanding reference database of competition law cases of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU). It is curated by the EU competition law leader for EY Law, Kiran Desai and highlights key parts of CJEU judgments in an unbiased way – using and cross-referencing the Court’s classification. The case report tab provides the report for each case. The legislation cited tab identifies legislation cited in the reports, allowing the reader to see all cases that cite a particular piece of legislation. The table of cases tab lists the cases that have been reported on. The academic papers tab identifies the academic papers that the court has read during its consideration of the case.
